Payment

After you have all the products you want to purchase on your Cart, click Next to proceed to Checkout. You are presented with 2 Payment Methods. Credit/Debit Card Payment via Paypal and Over the Counter Bank Deposit / Online Bank Transfer.

PAYMENT VIA PAYPAL

My White Cart is partnered with PayPal for secure, convenient and fast payment via credit card or your PayPal Account.

PAYMENT VIA OVER THE COUNTER BANK DEPOSIT / ONLINE BANK TRANSFER

  • You may also pay via Bank Deposit at any branch of Metrobank.
  • You can also pay through Online bank Transfer for Metrobank.
    • Send a screenshot of Deposit Slip (for over the counter bank deposit) or Proof of successful Transaction (for online bank transfer) to payment@mywhitecart.com. Your Payment will be verified by our Finance Team. Once your payment has been verified you will receive an acknowledgment email from My White Cart within 24 hours after you have sent proof of your successful transaction/online bank transfer
    • Payment cut off for Over the Counter Bank Deposit is until 5pm the next day after the Order Checkout has been completed.

A PayPal account is not required when using your credit card to pay for your order. Payment will still be via PayPal but you will be using their system as a guest.

After completing your payment process, you will be receiving an email from My White Cart. Getting an Order Acknowledgement and Payment Receipt email from us means your payment went through successfully.

If you didn’t get an Order Acknowledgement and Payment Receipt from us your payment may not have gone through successfully, email us at help@mywhitecart.com and we’ll gladly assist you.

Your credit card information is never stored in our servers. So, yes, it is absolutely safe to use your credit card for your My White Cart Purchases.

Shopping

Since My White Cart is a first-come, first serve based platform you’ll want to purchase the items on your cart as soon as possible. Chances are some customers are also eyeing the same products that you have in your cart. So if an item that you have added to your cart is no longer there, that means another customer has successfully paid for that item before you did. This might happen for best selling products and products that are sold for a limited quantity.

Sign up at https://mywhitecart.com and get notified via email every time a new product arrives or when we re-stock our products.

You can cancel your Order as long as payment has not been processed yet. Order Cancellation is available for those who chose Mobile Bank Transfer or Over The Counter Bank Deposit as their Payment Method, as long as they have not yet paid for their orders.

Once you have successfully completed your transaction with My White Cart, adding or removing items from your cart after the checkout process is not allowed.

Delivery

My White Cart aims to deliver your orders within 3 - 7 days nationwide after every successful payment.

For Metro Manila: 3 – 5 business days.

For Outside Metro Manila: 5 – 7 business days.

For pre-order items, estimated time of arrival is 1-2 weeks after every successful payment.

Delivery days excludes Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays.

However, due to the current pandemic situation, please expect delays and adjustments with the delivery time. In this case, we will notify and contact you of the changes made with the set delivery date. Rest assured that we're taking necessary measures to ensure that your package will be delivered within reasonable time.

Email us at help@mywhitecart.com and we'll gladly assist you with your concerns. Take not that we operate from Monday to Friday, excluding Holidays.

You can have someone receive your deliveries provided that you have authorized them to receive the package on your behalf.

My White Cart delivers to office addresses too. Office address deliveries are from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5pm

Returns

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

  • Products valid for returns are only those received with defect or damage.
  • Sale items are also non-refundable and non-returnable.
  • A purchaser requesting My White Cart’s approval to return or exchange an item must submit clear evidence of the product defect. Shipping costs of returns may apply.
  • Products that are defective or damaged can be refunded, returned, or exchanged within 5 days upon receiving the order.
  • Products should be in its original purchase condition and must be unused.
  • Defective or Damaged items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
  • Returned Products with damage or defect might take 1-2 weeks to be shipped back to the customer.

If you have received a damaged item, send an email at help@mywhitecart.com within 5 days upon receiving your package. State in the email your name, date and proof of purchase, and proof of date when package is received. Also include a clear evidence of the product defect or damage. Once it has been assessed our team, we will contact you for potential return, or exchange of items.

If you have received the wrong package, send an email at help@mywhitecart.com within 5 days upon receiving the items. We’ll immediately get in touch to correct the delivery mistake.

Products featured by My White Cart are carefully examined and had gone through extensive quality control although some items may slip through the cracks and we apologize for that. Send us an email at help@mywhitecart.com, attach a photo of your product delivery date along with the photo of the expiry date and we will get in touch immediately for a potential return, or exchange of items.

Wait List

Since My White Cart is a first-come, first serve based platform items that are best sellers tend to get sold out easily. Sign up at https://mywhitecart.com and get notified via email every time we re-stock our products. You can also sign up for a waitlist on a product to receive an email when that specific product has been restocked.

Waitlisting on a product does not guarantee product reservation. Signing up for a product waitlist just means that you would like to get notified when we have restocked that particular item. So once you have received an email notifying a restock, be quick to make that purchase.

Account

You can create your account by Registering to My White Cart. Creating your account will make shopping for your beauty, health, and wellness a lot easier.

If you forgot your password, just click on the “Forget Password” option at the Log In page. Instructions will be sent to your email on how to reset your password.
